Delivery

We currently offer two types of delivery throughout Ireland, our Local Delivery Service provided by us (Meath area only) and UPS (nationwide). Please feel free to contact us directly via email (info@decoveno.ie) or call on 086 2548211 for more detailed delivery times.

We offer free delivery on large orders and because of this, we have to have a van in your area with other orders to offer this service. It is our aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible so please bear with us while we organise this with you.

Large deliveries will be booked in with you at least a day in advance with an estimated delivery time. You will also get notice on the day. If for some reason you cannot accept delivery on the day after it is booked in and confirmed, a charge of €75 will apply for a subsequent attempt.

Our UPS delivery service applies to all small orders (up to 30kg) sold through our website. Costs vary, but are generally €9 – €12, these costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. With this service, customers normally have their item within two business days of ordering once we have the item is in stock.

You may also pick up your item from our office after checkout, we are conveniently located on the Proudstown Road, on the Kingscourt Road out of Navan. If you would like to collect your item from us, please inform us of this after purchase.

DELIVERY COSTS

We offer free delivery on large orders over €300. Smaller items which can be sent with UPS for a faster delivery service incur a small fee between €9 and €12.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you are looking for a particular item(s) ASAP, please contact us directly to check the availability of the item and the lead time for delivery. We can organise a courier service to deliver it to you for a fee (fees vary depending on the size of the item and your location).
