We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our attendees as best as possible. Below is our cancellation and rescheduling policy for the 3-Day Hands-On Decorative Paints Course.
1. Cancellation by the Attendee
✔ More than 14 Days Before Course Start Date
- You will receive a full credit note, which can be used to book a future course or purchase Decomin materials.
✔ 7 to 14 Days Before Course Start Date
- You will receive a 50% credit note, which can be used for a future course or towards Decomin materials.
✔ Less than 7 Days Before Course Start Date
- No credit note or rescheduling, but you may transfer your booking to another participant at no extra cost.
✔ No-Show on the Course Date
- No credit or rescheduling options available.
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Decomin Paints Ireland
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, low enrollment, venue issues), we will offer the following options:
✔ Credit Note for a Future Course – You can rebook for a later date at no extra cost.
✔ Credit Towards Decomin Materials – If you prefer, your course fee can be used as credit towards purchasing Decomin decorative paints and tools.
We will provide as much notice as possible in case of any changes.
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule
